This is saying that crying is not melodrama, its saying that it is not a sign of weakness but of power meaning that it is showing strength. It shows grief and very strong love. Most people may see crying as a weakness, but it is not. Crying is an emotion, just like happiness, crying to me is not a sign of weakness, it shows emotion, it shows if you are really sad, or if you are really happy.
